1. Acceptance of Terms & Entity

By accessing narrabrain.io, you agree to these Terms of Service issued by Narrabrain Labs Private Limited (CIN: U63111MH2026PTC471492), operated by Vibhav Nigam (Founder). These terms are governed by Indian law and apply to all users globally. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions herein.

2. Affiliate Revenue Model & Disclosure

Narrabrain.io operates as an aggregation platform for stock media and creative assets. We receive affiliate referral commissions (typically 15-25%) when you initiate asset purchases through our platform from partner libraries including Shutterstock, Getty Images, Adobe Stock, Pond5, and Envato.

Transparency: We do not license content directly. Asset recommendations are based on relevance to your creative intent, not commission rates. Our curation algorithm treats all partners equally. We disclose this model to ensure you understand our business relationship with these platforms.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using narrabrain.io, you agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit aggregated content without proper licensing
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer our Narrative Delta Reinforcement Logic (NDRL)
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content creators and partners
• Not use automated tools or bots to scrape our platform

4. Intermediary Status & Content Moderation (IT Rules 2021)

Narrabrain Labs complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. In our capacity as an intermediary platform:

• We maintain a 3-hour response window for government-mandated takedowns of flagged or unlawful content
• We do not moderate content created by third parties (partner libraries), but we will act on specific government requests
• We prohibit: illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and copyright violations
• Users may report violations via our Grievance Officer with supporting evidence

5. Third-Party Content & Liability Disclaimer

Narrabrain.io aggregates content from partner platforms but does not own or create the assets. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, accuracy, or legality of third-party content
• Licensing disputes between you and content creators
• Copyright infringement claims arising from your use of assets
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from platform use

You assume all risk when purchasing or using assets through our platform. Always verify licensing rights with original creators.

6. Intellectual Property

Our proprietary technology, including the SCLC Engine, NDRL, and algorithms, are protected intellectual property. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary logic
• Create competitive systems based on our architecture
• Copy or distribute our documentation without permission

7. Service Availability & Modifications

Narrabrain.io is provided "as-is" without guarantees of availability or uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
